Need help changing a CSS code to function as a link

Posted 09 November 2016 - 11:12 AM

So I'm using the neighborhood theme for wordpress and I'm trying to change the "personal shopper" option in the header to function as a link to another page. You can see the live demo of the theme here: http://preview.theme...8935.1469830702

I've also attached the coding for it, just not sure what to change it to.
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!!

 $woo_links_output .= '<nav class="std-menu '.$position.'">'. "\n";
			$woo_links_output .= '<ul class="menu">'. "\n";
			if ( sf_woocommerce_activated() ) {
				if (is_user_logged_in()) {
					global $current_user;
					get_currentuserinfo();
					$woo_links_output .= '<li class="tb-welcome">' . __("Welcome", "swiftframework") . " " . $current_user->display_name . '</li>'. "\n";
				} else {
					$woo_links_output .= '<li class="tb-welcome">' . __("Welcome", "swiftframework") . '</li>'. "\n";
				}
			}
			if ($ss_enable) {
				if ($position == "top-menu") {
				$woo_links_output .= '<li class="tb-woo-custom clearfix"><a class="swift-search-link" href="#"><i class="fa-asterisk"></i><span>'.do_shortcode($tb_search_text).'</span></a></li>'. "\n";
				} else {
				$woo_links_output .= '<li class="hs-woo-custom clearfix"><a class="swift-search-link"><i class="fa-asterisk"></i><span>'<a href="https://www.frosteesapparel.com/fit-style-guide">'</span></a></li>'. "\n";
				}
			}
			$woo_links_output .= '</ul>'. "\n";
			$woo_links_output .= '</nav>'. "\n";

I posted the wrong code. Sorry, I couldn't figure out how to edit my post. The actual code is

 $woo_links_output .= '<nav class="std-menu '.$position.'">'. "\n";
			$woo_links_output .= '<ul class="menu">'. "\n";
			if ( sf_woocommerce_activated() ) {
				if (is_user_logged_in()) {
					global $current_user;
					get_currentuserinfo();
					$woo_links_output .= '<li class="tb-welcome">' . __("Welcome", "swiftframework") . " " . $current_user->display_name . '</li>'. "\n";
				} else {
					$woo_links_output .= '<li class="tb-welcome">' . __("Welcome", "swiftframework") . '</li>'. "\n";
				}
			}
			if ($ss_enable) {
				if ($position == "top-menu") {
				$woo_links_output .= '<li class="tb-woo-custom clearfix"><a class="swift-search-link" href="#"><i class="fa-search-plus"></i><span>'.do_shortcode($tb_search_text).'</span></a></li>'. "\n";
				} else {
				$woo_links_output .= '<li class="hs-woo-custom clearfix"><a class="swift-search-link" href="#"><i class="fa-search-plus"></i><span>'.do_shortcode($tb_search_text).'</span></a></li>'. "\n";
				}
			}
			$woo_links_output .= '</ul>'. "\n";
			$woo_links_output .= '</nav>'. "\n";

It looks like the relevant code is lines 13-18.. You would have to gut that and add what you want.

If it's a static link then so be it.

If it is a link from a database then you need to go in and figure out where to store it, and follow that back where the theme gets the wordpress data.

Can you tell me the code I would need to change it to for it to function as a static link?
I'm not too familiar with CSS coding.

If you want static well.. comment out that chunk and just add your static link inside there.

The "<a href" tags are pretty base level. Extra info:

I don't know what that means.

I'm not there looking over your shoulder so when you say you changed something somewhere and in some fashion it didn't work that doesn't help me more to help you. Try being a little more verbose.
