Also offering hosting?

Posted 09 June 2017 - 05:40 AM

I just made my own web-developing service (http://ndvibes.com) which I soon will be turning in a real small company.
But I have a question, when you made a website for someone, do you also offer hosting for them?
Do you use a shared host for that? And how does the yearly payment work?

Or do you just give it on an USB?

Just a pratical question,

That should be discussed prior to starting work, imo.

If there has been no mention of webhosting, it shouldn't be on you to offer it. They are paying for a deliverable. But this view point may have some assumptions form the client that differ.

Also this is a freelancing question, as you're asking about offers & procedures, rather than a technology question about webhosting.
