Wordpress: I can't change a logo ( size is bigger than old one)

Posted 13 April 2018 - 11:02 PM

Dear all,

In Wordpress, there is an error when I tried to change my new logo ( 300 x 150 pixels :size is bigger than old one 200 x 103 pixels)

I tried to fix my coding in Appearance / Editor / Theme Header but it seems not effectively.

If anyone knows this error, please give me the solution to fix it. Just let you guys know that I didnt create this wordpress blog, I just took Web Admin position from person who quit this job. I'm not familiar with wordpress. But I know PHP programming so trying to fix this error.

Is your site behind any sort of caching, like a CDN or are you using any cache plugins? You can test that the new image is loading by trying a completely different image, just to troubleshoot that you are changing it in the correct location.
