Hi, I'm really new to programming. I'm taking my first C programming class. I'm attempting to make a career change to wide area networking and this is on the list of classes I have to take. I enjoy the feeling of 'getting something' in C. There is a small possibility that I end up changing direction towards programming. It really hinges on whether or not I start to grasp it a little better and start thinking like a programmer.

Is This A Good Question/Topic? 0

Welcome. Programming can be very frustrating (at all stages of learning), but the results are always rewarding, so stick with it and enjoy the small successes that eventually add up to big success.

Everything in programming is cumulative as well, so if there's even the smallest detail you don't understand, make the effort now to figure it out to the fullest you can, because it will come up again.
