uml tic tac toe

I just want to ask if someone could check my UML I made for my tic tac toe game.
Because I make it in C# I just post it in the C# section.

UML is normally programming language agnostic. Anyway, if that was meant to be a class diagram, then the UML is incorrect since methods are supposed to be part of the classes. If that was supposed to be a use case diagram, then it is incorrect because you should be using ovals for the use cases and you need to show actors. If that was a activity diagram, what is the order of the activities.

Moving to Software Development since UML is language agnostic.

It is a class diagram, I thought I was clear by putting the methods underneath the class names.

I assuming you are only asking us to comment about the diagram itself, an not specifically how you are designing your classes.

The diagram look okay. What are the relationships between the classes if any?
