I don't think you will find many websites hosting Mobirise templates when that would fall under certain copyright claws for lawsuits, given that their templates are distributed though their application only. On that note, why don't you download their application?

Those two links offer 80 and 95+ free features. I expect that maybe a few of them might be restricted in features offered, or require some small contribution, but most I expect to be free. So I am not sure what you are asking?

Also, you managed to find those links, what is preventing you from continuing to find others?
