How to update one page after publish application?

Posted 06 March 2019 - 05:41 AM

There are about 10 pages in one application.

After publishing application to web server how to update only one page, including aspx and vb without re-publish?

Okay?

Right click on your solution -> publish.

You may need to create a profile and specify where on your machine you want it to publish to.

Once done copy/paste the entire folder over to your web directory or where ever.

I did your way to copy entire folder to web server before.
What I need is just update one page.
If doing entire folder may cause an error because my application is open 24/7 and I don't want to interrupt users.

I mean if I don't have a config or style change.. sure I just copy the bin and aspx pages and paste over what's there. ASP can get a little funky if things are out of sync.
