css not coming through on release

Posted 07 May 2019 - 09:08 AM

so when i built the release and published it to inetpub, the css doesnt seem to be working

doing the f12 i can see the items are there but have red underlines and no check box is checked

same code using debug all items work as expected

what could be the difference?

SCRIPT5022: Bootstrap's Javascript requires jQuery
bootstrap.min.js (6,31)

and

SCRIPT5007: Unable to get property 'createElement' of undefined or null reference
jquery-3.3.1.min.js (2,6997)
