Combo Boxes getting invisible at the time of DataEntry in MS Access

i have created a form in ms access for data entry purpose which looks like this on load.

but as i start entering the data the combo boxes become invisible.

the eventually become fine as i start entering the data

But i want the form to be as it is on load. what should i do ???

What code do you have behind the form that might be causing the behaviour? (I do not recognise this as a standard behaviour, as I recall.)

I ve added the following code in the form load

Private Sub Form_Load()
DoCmd.GoToRecord , , acNewRec
End Sub

if i comment the above code, application is running fine, but is it displaying the first record of the table not the blank form.
