Amount + after point 0.0 in vb.net

I need some coding in vb.net like I have created two textboxes and one label When I put some digit number like 5 in the first text boxes And put 5 digit in second textbox then label text answer like 0.00000010 And before + textbox text will showing like 0.00000000 How I can (+) please tell me coding

Example Coding but Not Working in Point Format
Attached ImageLabel1.Text = +TextBox1.Text + TextBox2.Text

The concatenation operator in VB is &, not +.

You cannot just place + in front of a reference TextBox1. You need to quote the plus as a string.

This is basic, fundamental, knowledge; what tutorial are you study and how far have you progressed?
