Ok first off, dropping someone on the homepage that just features a sign up/login box and not much else is horrible. I know twitter does it, but at least twitter has a recognizable brand they have built. You can't do the same. Why would I put my data in there when I don't even know what it is? Sure you mention "share moments with your friends" but that tells me nothing of what it actually is. Secondly, your privacy policy needs some serious work. I caught a couple typos and btw "Wreets" is lame. Is this wanna be twitter?

The overall look is clean and pleasant. I just don't find anything really compelling to want me to sign up. I would advise you to build up a cohesive message and lead with that and then transfer them into signing up. It doesn't have to be extensive, just make your home page a "one sheeter" talking about what it is, who it is for and why they should sign up even if they already have a facebook/twitter account. Oh and don't just say because "we don't sell your info" or something like that. Maybe talk about why you built this.

In this day and climate I don't know it would have been the best time to build another one of these, but whatever. You are the one that will have to deal with the fall out of paranoid people and legalities. Good luck!
