New Dvd Rom

im getting a new sony 16x DVD-rom drive on monday
and i was looking into getting a tv card to go with it
i would probably need one that has all the video in/out and sound in/out
so far the only card i looked at is the ATI Tv-Wonder
does anybody have any suggestions as to a tv card i should get?
