Google just didn't like us

Our google scores are kinda on the low site. But page load is not slow.
Suppose we want to convert into a mobile friendly page. What is the require work or recoding effort?
Some pluggins we tried including AMP are just useless and slows things even more.

GTM gives us this rating:
Performance Scores
PageSpeed Score
(35%)
YSlow Score
(55%)
Page Details
Fully Loaded Time
9.7s
Total Page Size
2.08MB
Requests
481

Especially at my end site loads only 2s. The results is worse with Google PSI we are getting 2/10 scores. And that is terrible.

Reason for edit:: expanded link, removing campaign tracking.

Realize can't edit so I will have to add on. I tired to load on number of devices and they post no issues.

1. Need ways to reduce these redirect chains. I understand majority them to be ad related redirects...
2. Need make it mobile friendly. Some sites like WooRank shows us as 70% mobile friendly compatible. But google only gave rating us of 2/10.
3. We seem to have an excessive DOM size 5,377 elements
4. 'Leverage browser caching' This thing is on and off, I have learnt to just ignore it.

Good thing is I have heard Google is going change its review points yet again this year and it is not just all about speeds but the whole user experience will be a consideration.

Goole will constantly change their algorithms for analyzing websites.

Google already evaluates "user experience" by measurements like bounce rate. That's not to say that there won't be expansion on user experience, but it been an evaluation for awhile now.
