Lamenting my swollen thumbs after spending hours yesterday using an xacto knife to shave down an irregularly shaped thermal plastic piece without destroying my work gloves and fingers.
So now turning back to a project from January to be prepped for December, and seeing if my notes make sense while waiting for my neighbor to leave so I can finish up testing some spray paint tricks.

well i was going to start a new book shelf/cabinet for my upstairs-- however it started to pour just as i was about to take the plywood outside to cut down to manageable lengths.

Started a Great Courses course on linguistics Friday on Audible. Pretty good so far I think. A lot of the reviews were like "it just sounds like a dude having a conversation 1/5" "Dude just talking 1/5" Lmao it's a LECTURE not an e-book. XD they thought they were e-books. It's Great Courses, not Great E-Books.

Got the PayPhone programmed! Turns out my issue was the dial init-string, I found an old manual that instructed to cancel data compression, flow controll, & error correction. I then found a manual for my modem & did just that, & it worked on the first try.
Then after getting the rates updated, I added it to the C*Net dial plan, as well as my external number (443) 991 7888
Tested a couple of calls. Now I just have to figure out how to pop open the coinbox.

Oh, yeah I should have warned you about that. It really f'd things up yesterday morning. 4-5" of rain in that event.
In other news, my inherited application (it was thrice abandoned by other folk leaving) has a key column called "t it".

i used to name my variables after employees and make a story with the names.....
so i would have variables like "tom" "was" "looking" etc
