Shadowing the new team for a sprint as a crash-test-dummy to see how this would go for other devs in the company to cycle through. First stand up, and the question remains what my functionality is. So my plan, when in doubt, is aggressive enthusiasm border line on zealous positive bullying.

God yeah. I get that it can be useful, and we do it here, but honestly I just ignore that we have iteration boundaries with no real iteration occurring within those boundaries. Whatever works for you, product man, I'll be over here deleting obsolete parts of the infrastructure.

Dual team'ing is not providing as fruitful as I was expecting. Enthusiasm has thoroughly deflated to annoyance of dual meetings. Key issue is no one wants to cop to knowing what I should be doing, shouldn't be doing, any care of contributions, explanation of what they are all doing, or what not. I mean I had find a way to wedge in a quick bio on myself in a meeting as no one seemed to want to do that.
I've had folk shadow me, had interns, and green horns, and my approach is one of utility: what do you know, what do you want to know, and what can do you for me.
Cest la vie.
On another project I am trying to shovel out the door it is flailing around like a drunk teenager drowning in a summer camp lake during the first act before the bad guy shows up. Oh, you were expecting X and you haven't mentioned X in ANY OF THE MEETINGS OR EMAILS OR WORK ITEMS SINCE APRIL?! It was just implied through the ether and astral projection?!
New bed is maybe delivered tomorrow, but no advanced email/text/communication on delivery times like they said.
Checking the website for my order status proved nothing so a call to make sure the order is in later today. The fun part is their order number starts with a capital 'O' and has five zeros after it. That's straight up mean.

still waiting on the Graphics card... arrives Today!!

It's an RGB case with RGB keyboard n mouse, RGB power supply, RGB cooler, but it's the RGB DD4 ram that I'm looking forward to seeing, memory with lights on it, whatever next lol...
