Yeah, I like ubuntu, but I still prefere Mepis over Ubuntu!

I would have guessed a more complex distro would have been more popular among hardcore Linux users.

The nice thing about Ubuntu is that it's really just Debian Sid wearing makeup.

Strip that away and you have a fairly sturdy distro.
