the resources system has a glitch, it adds to the number of resources before the resource has been approved, so take css for example, there's two listed but it says it has 5....

I need to throw a WHERE in there, it's picking up the ones that aren't approved... plus the entire system needs a work over in terms of the GUI and such... I can definitley make it more 'pretty'
