The definition of Avatar should explain it, the point of nicknames and avatars are to 'embody something else' some choose to embody animals or cartoons, other variations of themselves or the woman they want to be or be with ;) (:bmp:,:s:,:skippy:) But, why they call it an avatar is asking why they call it poop?!
