first off, i better not get any flak from certain doughy individuals for resurrecting a thread off page 2 of the CL, cuz this is on-topic, f00z. B)

so the weez played here last night, and it was frikkin cool. damn, i mean seriously. it went to the top of the list of best shows ever. last time i saw them, they were all unenthused and didn't play very well. but this time rivers was all talkative and full of jokes. there was no "only in dreams", but we got "surf wax" so whatever, it was all good. we got a lot closer than i thought we would, too. nice.

so has anyone heard Rooney? i don't remember what dates they were playing on... but they were pretty cool. dashboard confessional was, well, boring to be honest. i just don't get the allure of that stupid screaming infidelities song.

anyhoo, i'm jazzed, that show kicked ass. peace.

im so pissed right now. i was guaranteed tickets to the weez concert sat. night and the friggin lady never gave them to us...

and then u read on weezer.com and they were all pumped about the crazy crowd down there in dallas. some friends went and said it was better than edgefest, and if u know what the hell edgefest is thats a kick ass concert...

well fack...

i dont think 102.1 the edge is owned by clearchannel but it might be...
but this year it was friggin amazing the people they had lined up.

well over here, its a bunch of band put together by the local radio station ( 104.7 the edge) apparently their usually pretty good, but nothing is supposed to compare to edgefest 5. (ive never personally been to one)

they used to have loveline, but that moved to 105.3 (the talk, that rocks texas..)

where it then got kicked off by the opee and anthony show... that show kicks major ass... so great..

one of their pranks they did was put a bus out on the road that was completely made of glass full of naked women, then the bus somehow got itself into the parade route for the new mayor of boston or something. holy shit. it was great.

but back on the subject...

adam carolla and jimmy kimmel have the greatest jobs in the world.
