Average typing speed

My average typing speed is 60wpm, but i have peaked at 80

What's yours?

EDIT: just took that test and actually got 98wpm! Im averaging about 85 as well =]

85 WPM - 5% error ratio and I do not use proper home row technique. Back in my prime I peaked a 95 :)

I am a terrible typist, however I have been doing some online lessons and managed to get a peak WPM of 55, which imo is a pretty good achievement. :)

i did the site one and i got 79.6 with 7 mistakes but my left shift doesnt work...slowed me down a little...

My average would be around 90WPM, but sometimes I can reach 110!

80 is the top I can get to average is 75, but mostly because I stop to check for errors.

I averaged 88 WPM with a 2% error rate. I too don't use the conventional home row placement, but of well :P

^ I don't use home row either, I just start wherever I want makes me type faster.

I did horrible. 33.73 wpm. I don't use homerow.

60 wpm, but I'm still not 100% comfortable typing on my laptop, and I get faster after I warm up, which I didn't do.
