Laptop recovery CD. Windows XP

Hello,
I have Old Toshiba Laptop. I also have recovery cd for it. My question how I can install Windows Xp from the recovery cd to my Desktop. Please reply me. Thank you

The installation cd (with Windows XP) that came with your laptop is designed for that laptop only. It will only included the drivers, software, & licensing for that laptop. It is not intended to be used with another machine. You will need to contact the manufacturer of your Desktop model to get the proper recovery cd.
