Time Warner Cable

I have a "package" that includes phone, cable, and internet so ~140 ish monthly.

Official word is "up to" 15 Mpbs down and 2 Mbps up. I was truly surprised it was that close to what they "say" it is.

Please could we use a standard format for the speeds
kbps or kb/s => kilobits per a second
KBps or KB/s => kilobytes per a seconds
MBps or MB/s => Megabytes per a seconds
Mbps or Mb/s => Megabits per a seconds

It is a fiber connection, my I.S.P. currently offers 20MB/s but 50MB/s and 100MB/s are coming on stream soon.
Is it possible that for the 6-digit download, I just got lucky and nobody else in the street/town was using it at that time?

if you isp has a good inferstructure then you should be able to always get your max line speed

my home speed is 4mb/512kb sucks ye
then my box what i use for random things in europe is
100mb/100mb

i was uploading quite alot of things so my upload is not that great here
