I just went and picked it up the next morning, ironically it was the same version as the ones that waited all night for the release. Weird!

Just picked this up after work and its pretty sweet.
From what i have heard there is over 100 hours just in campaign missions. I guess there is a shit load of side missions.

I thought about getting the game, but I think I'll actually wait a couple of years for the price to drop, and I've got a lot of Wii+DS games I want to get soon, then I'll be wanting Battlefield: Bad Company too, so haha, I don't have nearly enough money to get all that stuff in the first place, let alone along side GTAIV.
I am getting tired of all the random unfounded flak the news is giving it.

the older ones were 100 - 120 hours of campaign.
this one i believe is only like 55-65 but then there are tons of side missions, and since those are evolving depending on what you do, its more.

I am crying on the inside that my $10 per week pay can't buy me an XBOX 360 let alone the game. I has cry. I will look on YouTube and cream myself until I'm 25.

Picked it up on release day. Apparently nearly every store in Knoxville was sold out, but up here in the Nashville area I had no problem at all picking one up at Target. The game is badass. Ive done about 6-7% of the campaign but lately when I get bored I jsut get into a huge police chase at the airport haha. TI wont let me fly anything yet because i havnt done any airplane missions I guess. Badd none the less.
