also look at www.w3school.com it's a very good site

coderwords is a good one having lot many tutorials and questions
it also has a healthy forum where u can discuss the questions.

It really depends heavily on what you want to learn and your current skill level. DIC is a great site to find all sorts of crazy information though. What are your interests? What do you want to learn?
