Alrighty, I'll come up with something new and post it here and upload it.

It will basically state that anything which is not suitable for the other forums must be in the caffeine lounge and that the rules of the lounge are anything goes as long as it does not offend someone directly.

The goal of it is to allow whatever we want in here, I wanna be able to have fun in the lounge, and maybe a warning in the description would be appropriate as well as a little notice in the terms of service. I think we get out of hand from time to time, but we all know the limits and we enjoy pushing them.
