There is no way this will stand. Any judge would easily see the constitutional problems, that a law of such nature, tends to raise.

lol. this is the most rediculous thing i have ever read. you can't ban m-17 games more than you can ban R rated, or x rated movies, or parental advisory music.
not to mention, even if it does stand in st. louis, why not just order the games on the internet, or buy them in a smaller city next to st. louis. think people, all this will result in, is a loss of economy for st. louis.

The saddest thing is that St Louis county is so frigging big that the closest stores are in st at charles county would you really want to drive a hour and a half extra to get GTA3.
I agree it is BS But as far as it goes my little brother is screwed for the time being
