I'm sure all of you are familiar with the automated services that help direct your calls to the appropriate department.
I proceeded to go through and press the correct buttons to direct my call to the internet support people.
While waiting to speak to someone a prerecorded voice comes over the line and this is what it said...
"if you don't feel like waiting please go to (they gave the url but i don't remember it) for live internet support, where we can deal with all of your internet support issues"
I asked the support person if he knew they were directing people with internet problems to there live internet support site his response was priceless....
after a 5 minute rant about how he hates this company and everyone that works their is a moron he calls over his manager and these are his exact words
" Jim, I have a customer on the line who brought to my attention that we are directing people with internet problems, back to the internet support site.....UHHHH HELLO MCFLY!!! If they are calling support about internet problems, there's a pretty damn good chance their internet is not working."
I lost it when he used the Back to the Future line...
