first learning a programming language is not so easy
second, it is a good choise to choose this language cuz i notice it is easy to learn
first after the programme is installed
run it
there will be an area in the left side containing the recently made projects , anything u make with vb.net is called a project

this is how the programme looks like

Posted Image

the propeties window contains the properties of the selected object(form,button,checkbox,radiobutton,textbox,........etc.)
properties like color,text,backgroundcolor,image, and more
u can add on the form a lot of objects as buttons .labels, and more

the next image contains the toolbox
it contains all objects that u can add to a form
double click an object and it will be added to the form

after the object is on the form
double click to view its code area

for example double click a button that u add to a form
its code area will appear
type
button1.text="hello"

and now press f5 to run the project and see what did u make
the form will appear
press the button and u will notice that its text will change from "button1" to "hello"
try to make the samething with a label and u will see no difference
i hope this helps for now
i will continue if i see u really want to learn

You may want to start here. You can download some of the basic software that you will need for free and they also have some decent basic tutorials.

First I don't think someone will actually teach you step by step to do anything.
and if someone actually did I don't think they will last long.

In my opinion, Learn first how to use google to give you any information you need and lastly develop your sense of self study. All information is found in the net and downloading the vb.net express also has a beginner tutorial. So if you don't know how to do those, In my opinion you won't learn.
