The US was only involved in the Vietnam conflict from 1965 to 1973 buddy... However, you are correct. He was the first soldier to die in Vietnam. One more important thing to note. His unit when on to become the Green Beret.

An Austrian medical doctor, psychologist and founder of the school of Individual Psychology. born on 7 Feb 1870 near Vienna. died on 28th May 1937 in Aberdeen, Scotland. who is he?
