i've been hit three times, each time the drivers were at fault. i didn't care two of the times, i just fixed my bikes and didn't go to the hospital because i just patched myself up. third time i threatened suing because i broke 13 bones and my bike was ruined, and he settled in person with me for 10,000. blackmail beats the courts any day. what kind of bike was it?

BIANCHI 928 CARBON SL FORCE 10 DOUBLE

But their insurance doesn't want to pay for it. I also have peugeot but it wasn't damaged i had 2 bikes on me only Bianchi was damaged.

No I pedal it lol, Its expensive cause of the Carbon stuff on it it doesn't come with pedal's either so you just buy those lol...It was a good bike but as I said above it was used for racing and bike a thons.
