Most of these things have historical and/or evolutionary reasons. If you were animals then congratulations, go eat your lover, animals do that as well, and dogs eat their shit, etc.
So back to religion. Religions tried to explain things that people did not understand back in the time, but they also collected common knowledge and experience. These rules were not made to strip you from your rights and freedom, most of them were made to avoid infections, problems in society, or to put it another way: to make you life longer, healthier and happier (if everybody fucks the neighbor's wife or daughter, things will get out of control pretty soon, believe me) Sure, some rules are outdated by now (or were based on some idiot superstition all along), but they usually were there for a good reason (looks-like these religions survived pretty well, so if you are a fan of evolutionism, then you must see that they gave some advantage to its followers - not just that they survived because they did not have to face inquisition )
So back to the exact examples: urinating or shitting in the streets spreads diseases. There is simple no way you could hold back your kid from putting all kind of exotic things into its mouth in the first couple of years, so if you are allowed to piss in the streets, and there are wide range of infections that spread via urine or whatever, then you have a nice epidemic on your hands. Also, WC was invented for a reason: urine smells. I have been to some places where people would piss on the streets
near pubs, it was not a pleasant place, believe me.
Walking around naked is another thing, I could not give such exact reasons for this, but I think it is reasonable for aesthetic reasons alone. Also, there is not much time when it worth it, and you won't catch a cold or get a sunburn. Also, those who would look good would be exposed to sexual harassment quite often. What would you do to your daughter if she was raped after walking around naked in the streets?
We have some gypsy minority here that has some groups which demonstrate some of the things you mention, I would recommend you coming here and taking a look at them, and you'll understand what difference these things / rules make.
If this whole thread was a joke, then sorry for the off answer, but some fuse was blown in my brain by a couple of answers (from members I expected a bit more) ...

Alright, government rules are a different thing, they do forbid things they have absolutely nothing to do with, sell monopolies to companies and so on. That is another thing, that pisses me off as well, and my beloved country is a very "good" demonstration of how reckless people can get.

Thanks for the clear answer. It wasn't a joke, it was just a question that was wondering my mind. :)

Public nudity actually only sounds like a good idea to people who haven't experienced it. I've had brushes with a few nude beaches, nudists, etc, which has lead to the following:

Baavgai's Bare All Paradox: The extent to which someone wishes to be seen naked is generally inversely proportional to the desire of others to see them naked.

You'd think good looking people would want to show off, but in practice the people who most need covering seem most willing to uncover. Clothing is not a confinement. It is a very, very good thing. Trust me.

I think the major of Venice forbid tourists (and locals) to wear bikinis (or less) in the city, because they were ruining the sight (guess who were causing the problems again).

In Biology we are higher form of animals.

In Psychology we are human beings.

It's up to you how you will define animal or human beings.

Animal comes from the Latin word anima means life or soul. Then you would ask a question are the lower form of animals have soul? My answer is yes in the lower form.

In Psychology there are 3 kinds of souls.

1.) Vegetative soul- Anything that needs nourishment it has vegetative soul. That is why they have life. Ex. Plants, animals, humans. When this thing dies, the vegetative soul also dies, why because that is their essence ( "that what makes a thing to be what it is")

2.) Sentient soul- Anything that has instinct to move, uses its brain to move has sentient soul. Ex. animals. When this animal dies, their sentient soul also dies. The same reason, that is their essence.

3.)Human soul (spirit)- The highest soul among other souls. This is intangible and cannot be perceived within our five external senses.

How do we know human soul exists? Psychology answers that:

The human soul as two faculties:
1.) Intellect - We know its existence by knowing its object. The object of intellect is KNOWLEDGE. If knowledge exists intellect also exists because that its object. This called introspection, the process of knowing ones own mind or intellect.

2.)Will - We know its existence by knowing its object. The object of will is good. All of us humans, it is our instinct to know what is good and what is not good. To know what is good and evil.

Since we are guided this two faculties, then we are called human beings. The highest form of being on earth. With these, we set our standards, norms which is what we call "ethics". Then we make laws base on this standards.

Now, it's up to you how you would call yourself. Are you an animal or human?
If you think that you are an animal, go urinate everywhere because human beings will never do that.

I think your logic is wrong somewhere. We had problems here with some groups, who were infected with hepatitis and a lot of things, because they were urinating everywhere in their own garden, and so on. They do have intellect and will, just their ethics is different.

That is a fallacy.

Syllogism:

A cat is an animal.
A dog is an animal.
Therefore, a cat is a dog.

Materially and formally invalid.

Both my kids are in the Fire Cadets. They and all other firefighters would prefer it if people did not urinate on the hydrants.

Visit one of those countries where the drains don't exist or don't work. IT STINKS!!!

Apparently Pompeii had a very efficient system for bringing water into the town, but no drains. Sewerage was just dumped into the streets - they had stepping-stones to get across. The smell must have been overpowering, especially in summer. Ditto the public baths, which we regard as signs of Roman civilisation. The water was not filtered or changed, just topped up from time to time. Ugh. Ever seen the communal toilets at an archeological site? Sponge-on-a-stick?
