flash in java

is there any way of inserting some flash into yor apps
and making the flash and teh java communicate

Try a google search with the keywords "integrate flash into java" you will find some beginning resources. You can also find components like "JFlashPlayer" which are being sold for integrating flash right into swing projects.

But yes it is possible (not until recently though so make sure you have the latest versions of the JDK).
