my brain blows

I was at the gym a couple hours ago, lifting a heavy weight for a shoulder / back excersize when I felt my brain pop. kinda like pop rocks in the left side of my head.

then my face went numb for 5-10 min and it got kinda scary. of course everyone that works at 24 hour fitness is a moron so they were of no help whatsoever. so i walked it off until i could get back to the workplace. i felt real lightheaded though, and that lasted a half hour, and now i have a crushing headache. migraine like. can't type straight or think clearly.

its apparently well documented that a shoulder excersize on a dehydrated or overhydrated body can cause this sort of thing so I ruled out going to the hospital unless it gets worse. its also common for this headache to last 1-3 days. its weird cause my diet is pretty rigid and healthy (not a diet in a badway just what i normally eat) and i get plenty of water.

but i have 1-3 days of pain ahead followed by a week of not exerting myself.

i feel like psychocoder. i'm such a vag

Pop rocks, interesting.

Perhaps it was billions of brain cells bursting at once. Maybe you will forget how to speak english by morning, you will have to revert to your native language that your former spanish colony is known for.

hey good news folks.

went to the doc, she was alarmed, she had heard of migraines after working out but never anyone hearing a pop in their head. she ordered a stat cat scan. pushed other people out of the way to get it. wrote on the sheet 'check for tumor or aneurysm'.

no she was really nice and tried to be calming but tumor and aneurysm are words you can't calm. have a rush cat scan at 6. gonna cost me a bajillion dollars because i dont have health insurance during the summer.

i hope you feel like an asshole for that post if i die super.

still i dedicate all my funny posts to you and my stupid posts to psycho.
