it snowed today, we got like 8inches or so, wow i never realized how much this firebird sucks in the snow, i couldnt go past 10mph or i would spin out (found out the hard way) and every 30 feet or so, it would get stuck in a pile of snow. it pissed me off so much, it took em 30-45 mins to drive 15 blocks! but the car so rocks when its nice and dry out. hehehe cant go any slower than 70 then... =)

people in NM don't know how to drive in the snow... a cop got killed out here when we got out first real snow on xmas eve... now, that's not funny, but i have no fear of driving in the white stuff... stopping... well, that's another story.

Da insight handles great in the snow ( i was reading the manual and found out i gots traction control) so couple that with the ABS i am moving rather well at 30 mph ( however i was averaging 40MPG with all that added resistance ) this thing moves better then my truck ever did after adding 1000lbs of sand to the bed

I think your firebird is Rear-Wheel Drive, and if im right, the very VERY easiest way to get more traction in the snow is pile some sandbags in the trunk, the extra weight will really help you

the camaro i was looking at was sold. after stealing my dads 2003 Ford Explorer, i want one of those, but a 2001 Sport model, i like it lots. so i am prolly gunna get one of those, not to much in price either onlu 12k-13k, with a 5 year finace at 2.9APR its not to bad.

Im from NM and I can drive in teh snow. Its fun to go 40 then pull the ebrake... im serious. Anyway if you think i suck at driving youre wrong. I may be 16 but I can drive... better than j00 and j00r 80 year old grandma. Not to mention the cops they suck at driving.
BTW here in NM cop related kills are mostly headshots... did you know that? Heh damn cops shooting at heads.
And BTW Firebirds have always sucked. Im faster than those POS's and I got a family sedan! A FAMILY SEDAN... you know WITH FOUR REAL DOORS! w00t
