How to unsubcribe the forum!

I have been having problem to unsubscribe the forum.
My email is full with "Forum Subscription New Topic Notification ( Dream.In.Code ), even though i have i unsubscribe the forum.

I plan to close my Dream in Code account but there is no such thing "close account " in Dream in code!!!!!!!!!!!

Go to My Profile --> Edit My Profile. Under "Options" section click on "Email Settings", there you can disable all email notifications....
