If you're using it for development, what does that really matter? You don't need a GF4-4600Ti for photoshop, dreamweaver, etc....

yes your right, but you would still like a good video card, for the fact of with a shit card, the screen will look choppy, and if its a intergrated vid card its going to use shared memory, so if you get one with a good vid card normally it aint intergrated, and it has its own memory.

What's the point of having a laptop that you can't take places though? I mean, isn't it kinda against the idea of a notebook to have an external power supply? Do you really plan to upgrade the processor?

the point is for people like me who take my laptop from my desk at home to my desk at the office to wherever else i happen to be working. i don't use it in planes or cars (tho you still could do this if you really wanted to).

so with the iBuddies, i get all the benefits of having quality, upgradeable pc parts PLUS the benefits of being able to travel with it. :)

trust me, if you saw one in action (i know three people who own iBuddies), you'd want one too ;)

a) Gaming on the Go is useless unless your playing Minesweeper. Cause you sure as hell won't be able to play first persons in a car with a mouse pad and your finger

B) Gaming on a laptop is weird.. I don't like the way the lcd screen renders graphics.. it's kind of blurry (no its not the vid card)
