Cd Cover

i want to play around with developing cd covers, but i'm sitting here at work and cannot for the life of me find a ruler, anyone want to tell me the measurements of a cd insert?

it should probably be in the graphics forum, but i guess it kindof fits in both web design or graphics... :D
