Actually, the person who correctly answers the question gets to ask the next one, so that would be you.
If you want to ask habegabe's question, there are usually water pipe controls in the basement separate from any faucets. He can just turn those off.

Here's an easy one, since JJ did not post a riddle.

3~if you pull a white and a black out the first two times, then you will have to pick up a matching color the next time because there are no other options.
