who to transfer the value from one page to another using session. Means to say who to maintain veiwstate using session.

If you're storing information in a Session object you dont need to pass it from page to page, it's just there as long as the persons session hasnt timed out

string myValue = Session["MyItem"];

And to retrive the value from session to another page in another variable , u have to convert it back
