Who is rbmj and why is it every time I click on a post from this person it turns out to be a post by polymath?

Are these two an item? Or does this guy get some crazy top secret identity? If the latter is correct I need a top secret identity as well.

It's an issue with his display name in the database. Most people have the same username and display name. His happens to be different because of a brief period of time when I enabled the ability to select a different display name.
