Is there a specific question to go with this? "Cookies" isn't a question.

Sorry, for the mixup
I need to created a document with a form for reserving a rental car. As a user creates a reservation store cookies containing the user's reservation infromation, including name phone address pick up return date and type of truck .Also creat buttons that redisplay a user's reservation information with alert message. Set Cookies that they expire one day after visit.
