Yea, so I haven't been around DIC in quite a while, and I was surprised to see this stuff when I came back.

I notice there are a lot more people around here then when I frequented, and I suspect that since a certain percentage of any population is idiotic, when you increase the total number of people on the board, you'll naturally get more idiots, just from simple consistent proportions.

Can't argue with numbers like these: Caffeine Lounge ( 1480 posts / 78% of this member's active posts ) ;)

Even capty and sloth has a lower percentage than that. And I thought they are the king of the Caffeine Lounge. :lol:

Does this mean I'm banned now? I am trying to not act up, and I am trying to make better threads.... ;______;

Take a page from my book and don't make any threads at all and just respond to existing ones.

はい、そうです。

I just love cute things. Unfortunately I only have a handful of tilde marks left as gabe stole most of them, and I'm missing some of my circumflexes- I suspect fooboo took a few a while back.

On a side note, there was this person who I wanted to scare away by speaking Japanese and watch him fruitless try to use babel fish or something. So I asked 日本人ですか and to my terrible luck he replied with はい and he really was Japanese. So... To keep myself from embarrassment I had to read elementary Kanji he used and talk with him in Japanese!

Oooo well, at least I know I'm ready for the Japanese final (speaking part) now.

No I didn't have room for them after I stocked up on ellipses.

I had to cut them down from et cetera to etc. to make more room for the ellipses and some smilies.

I fully agree Chris, here lately the level of crap in the lounge has grown exponentially and for the most part we all know the few who are not only starting it, but who are helping it grow at an alarming rate (no I'm not naming any names, that is completely unnecessary). I, for one, get completely frustrated when I click the "New Posts" link and there are list after list of stupid, mind numbing threads, obviously started either for attention or to grow ones post count.

Now I have said my 2¢ :)
