This is kinda sad, but here it goes. I have this really old comp that is running windows 3.1 or was at least..and well I tried to install new drivers and now it just goes to a MS-DOS prompt. Well I tried to reformat the hardrive going through and opening the 3 1/2 inch floopy in MS-DOS. Well it goes through 2 of the 6 disks before the screen goes black and nothing, i mean nothing happens. Got any idea o ancient ones?

please don't insult other members... especially in one of my forums.
Windows 3.1 should be readily available for download. do a quick google search and see what you find. Floppies tend to degrade over time... and its been awhile since Windows 3.1 was in its prime. give it a shot and let me know if you can't find it.
