Power Saving Mode? If its the monitor, it will do that periodically to use less energy. If you're using windows you can go to:
Control Panel->Performance and Maintenance->Power Options
and change it to what you want.

Is this on a PC or laptop? Also, is there a UPS device between the PC & the wall outlet?

I'm using computer with monitor and case and keyboards and mouse... etc not a Laptop.
it's not from "Power Options", because the computer is turn off ( closed) and it needs to press the power button to work again.

Did you check power options to make sure "Shutdown after x amount of time" is not selected?

Make sure that your power switch isn't sticking. If it's being held down or is somehow staying engaged, it could be a phantom ghost press. I had this with a poorly designed case once. Also check your bios options. See what your operating temperature is. If your pc is overheating it could be shutting the pc down.

I had the same problem with my old PC. It would randomly shut down in the middle of the night or when I was away. Do some virus scans if you haven't already. I did a few and found a couple of them. After I deleted them my computer stopped shutting down.

A very common cause of a computer shutting down on its own is overheating. Open up your case and check for dust buildup. If the buildup is significant, use whatever tool you want to get it out (a can of dust remover is your best bet, but if it's a really big amount, grab a paper towel (don't put it anywhere near water) and wipe some out before you use the can of dust remover)[1]. Afterwords, you can grab a q-tip and just get the small accumulations out of the fans and heat sinks). You can check your temperature settings by going into your BIOS (hit del and esc while booting.) If your temperatures are high, make sure that whoever (or whatever) built it put the heatsink and thermal paste (conductor between the hsf (heatsink fan) on the processor properly and securely. Good luck.

Also blown caps. Look for small capacitors (usually 6 to 8) around the CPU, & see if the top is popped out.
I'm sure you could do a Google image search to see some examples. These are common in the summer. However, I suppose it all depends on your geographical location.
