It has been announced that Dr. John K. Ousterhout has retired from the Tcl Core Team. It has also been announced that D. Richard Hipp, Mark Harrison, Jim
Ingham, and Brent Welch will be leaving the Tcl Core Team, while Daniel Steffen has been named to it.
