19^2 = 15^2 + 10^2 + 6^2
361 = 225 + 100 + 36

Yep!

This one too:

3^2+4^2=5^2 and 5^2+12^2=13^2

Just substitute the first one into the second one:
3^2+4^2+12^2=13^2
.

This is a rather simple problem but,

You have been left a necklace with 27 pearls, 26 are real and one is fake. All the real ones weigh the same and the fake weighs less than the real ones. Using a balance scale three times how can you weed out the fake one?

Weighing 1:
Divide the 27 into 3 groups of 9:
Group 1) 1..9
Group 2) 10..18
Group 3) 19..27
Weigh group one against group 2:
1) They balance: Group 3 has fake
2) The don't balance: The lighter side contains the fake

Weighing 2:
Divide into 3 groups of 3
Group 1) 1..3
Group 2) 4..6
Group 3) 7..9
Weigh group one against group 2:
1) They balance: Group 3 has fake
2) The don't balance: The lighter side contains the fake

Weighing 3:
There are 3 balls left, weigh one against another if they balance the third is fake, otherwise the lighter one is the fake.

Well lets try this one then:

You have three bowls. In bowl A (8L capacity) are 5L of water. In bowl B (5L capacity) are 3L of water. In the bowl C (3L capacity) are 2L of water.
Can you measure exactly 1L, pouring only 2 times?

Are you allowed to empty a bowl at any time? Or does that count as a pour?

You can empty the bowls, but anytime water leaves the bowl it counts as a pour.

Two brothers share a flock of x sheep. They take the sheep to the market and sell each sheep for $x. At the end of the day they put the money from the sales on the table to divide it equally.
