overlapping sections on the front page

the Recent Forum Posts and Unanswered Programming Topics sections overlap slightly and makes it difficult to grab the scroll bar on Recent Forum Posts and the scroll bar for Unanswered Programming Topics is almost totally hidden by the sidebar. I have attached a screenshot.

I am using IE7. I have seen this for a while now.

Actually I just checked it with Firefox portable and it displays correctly.
