Try changing the channel your router broadcasts on. You'll need to refer to your routers documentation, because they are all in different configuration points.
Chances are, someone (like a neighbor) has introduced their own wireless network into your reception area (or something similar) & you are picking up major interference.

If you change the channel on the router, there's nothing you have to update on the computers. That's all handled automatically.
Is there anything particular about the placement of this particular computer? Like... Is there a kitchen/bathroom/microwave or something between it and the router? Outside interference would be the only reason I can think of that it keeps dropping the connection. Either that or the card is dying. I had a similar problem with my Linksys card, and I blamed it on the fact that my neighborhood is saturated with wireless networks, and it caused my desktop to drop connections, but neither laptop in the house would have any trouble holding a connection.
I would try changing the channel to one that has less people on/around it. Channel 1 is usually emptier (most routers default to 6, and most people don't change it).

What leads you to this conclusion?

As MorphiusFaydal pointed out, the computers will automatically update. The Router will change the broadcast channel, & the Wireless nodes will drop for a moment, to redetect to the router, & reconnect.
