HOW TO SEARCH MY SQL DATA WITH ALPHABETS USING VB6

I am a beginner in programming, who wishes to abe an expert before the next 4 years, but right now i don't know how to search my database with the data it contains, i can only search with the ID which i don't like. pls help me, thes are my codes for the one i know.

better u use a rs.find method fo this
