Hottest Day...

Posted 10 August 2003 - 12:16 PM

well it was the hottest day ever in Britain today. finally went over 100F for the first time ever. its so warm its hard to get to sleep at night. despite the heat i took to the country for a nice bike ride :) despite breaking heat records it still managed to rain on the way back tho :/ so i got soaking wet. whats it like over in the U.S, heh i'm sure your use to such temperatures?

do you enjoy it when it gets hot, or do you find it uncomfortable?

Is This A Good Question/Topic? 0

It often breaks 100F in the heat of the summer. This year has been pretty nice tho, 80s all season.

Isn't rain the best when its hot out!

I'm in Indiana btw.

I went camping this weekend and we got rained on, so came back early. Stupid rain, worst time ever to make its comeback.

Yeah, Minnesota closley resembles Toronto. Just the most sporadic weather ever. And it's been pulling some crazy shiz the last few years. I mean, we'll have a 60f day on christmas and then have -20f two weeks after. I don't think we hit -40f a whole lot though.

this all makes me wince at the mere thought of weather that hot. it should never be above 72 degrees, and i hate humdity. i dont like wind much, and rain is alright as long as its not just spitting, i want a storm, or nothing. sunshine is good for the most part, unless its too hot, but clouds get depressing after 4 months.

i'm picky.
